DuPont™ Kevlar® Fiber is now compounded in the proprietary elastomer of the Duroflex Bushing, bringing even more strength, durability and performance.

Kevlar® is a synthetic fiber with extremely high tensile strength to weight ratio…five times stronger than steel and commonly used in bullet proof armor applications.

Duroflex Bushings w/Kevlar® can be identified by the MetalCloak “M” located on the outer surface.

Front Bolt On Control Arm Brackets

MetalCloak Front JK Long Arm Frame Mounts are used in replacement of the factory mounts when installing the front control arms for a long arm suspension. Fully welded and boxed for strength, the 1/4" steel brackets are low profile for clearance and are finished in gold zinc for a long lasting finish.

Our upgraded 3/16" steel replacement cross member is the benchmark of strength.

Thicker steel and additional holes for attachment points, there is no better way to support your Jeep.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?

MetalCloak JT Gladiator True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.

Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy" -- just loading your Jeep up with supplies would affect ride height and quality.

Lower Front Coil Isolator Correction Pads

Replace the plastic OE factory coil isolator pads that are problematic and cause coil bow. This polymer Isolator replaces the OEM plastic part and corrects the coil bow that may be caused when using the worn parts. Fits in factory location and is a quick upgrade to fine tune your JT Gladiator.

MetalCloak Thermoset Elastomer Coil Isolator upgrade pads are designed to last and outperform factory parts. The pads are made specifically for MetalCloak True Dual Rate Coils and are model specific.

The Patented Durotrak ™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) is a NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) bushing made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. Improve the drivability of your lifted Gladiator by leveling out the track bar on the rear of your JT Gladiator with the MetalCloak Rear Track Bar Riser Bracket.

Rear Long Arm System

The rear long arm system provides thick 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel rear lower control arms with strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability. The upper rear control arms are 1.5 .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for up and down travel. The Rear "BOLT-ON" Control arm brackets are formed of 1/4 Steel Plate and angled to slide over obstacles with out catching. This system requires cutting off the factory control arm brackets and is for the Rock Crawler that demands precision when it comes to wheelbase and pinon angles. MetalCloaks Rear Long Arm will feature our best high speed handling properties for on and off-road and will increase a CTI score over similar height DB3 system.

The RockSport RED Shock

It’s not just a shock, it is a piece in a tuned system. This is not a typical bolt on shock. RockSport RED shocks are valved and specifically tuned to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils.

MetalCloak has refined the RockSport RED Shocks compression and dampening to provide stable, yet compliant manners for daily driving and also in situations where Long Travel articulation is needed to keep the tires planted on the ground.

Driveshaft: Due to the long-travel MetalCloak suspensions provide, factory drive shafts will contact OEM components and wear quickly when at the extremes of articulation. An aftermarket driveshaft will be needed.

True Dual Rate Coils: MetalCloak does not recommend powder coating your True Dual Rate Coils. See instructions for additional details.

Suspension Alignment: We recommend you have a suspension specialist align your Jeep once a MetalCloak suspension is installed.
