The EFS Shock Absorber will ensure controlled and consistent dampening and is based on a large body twin tube, low pressure nitrogen gas design. EFS X-Treme Shock Absorber
The EFS X-Treme Shock Absorber from Superior Engineering has taken over three years to develop and test. During this period its had countless trips along unsealed corragated roads, highly strenuous technical off road situations and has seen many laps of 4WD race tracks in competition vehicles.
During this period the X-Treme has exceeded our expectations and has been pushed beyond the boundaries that a normal 4WD shock absorber can endure.

EFS XTR Shock Absorber
The EFS XTR Shock Absorber range from Superior Engineering is developed specifically for Outback Offroad Tourers... with heavy laden 4X4's. Improved with increased oil capacities to reduce operating temperatures and incorporating a highly robust construction to take on the worst Australian outback roads.

EFS Suspension Coil Springs
Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
Scragged for Quality Control - This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & for aesthetics.
EFS Coil Springs are manufactured under a strict quality control system with the use of quality Spring steel in accordance with ISO-9002.
EFS Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, 30mm to 125mm & also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, Load bearing accessories, Increased ride height & Competition.
EFS Suspension Leaf Springs
EFS Multi Leaf Springs from Superior Engineering are made from high quality Japanese grade SUP9 and SUP9A Alloyed Carbon spring steel.
Designed as a comfort Leaf Spring that incorporates special features, to give the driver a comfortable ride on road and increased control off road with increased articulation and clearance.
EFS leaf springs are available in 30mm to 80mm raised heights with a slight increase in spring rates over the original equiptment.
Tapered Leaf Ends - To reduce the inter-leaf friction and to improve pressure distribution in the bearing area.
Bolt Clip Liners - To reduce noise and friction.
Inter-Leaf Graphite Coating - For further reduction of friction.
Shot Peened & Scragged Tested - To reduce stress and ensure longevity.
Leaf Inserts - For further reduction of friction.
Bolt Clips & Military Wraps - To prevent leaf spread and provide safety.
EFS Suspension Torsion Bars
EFS Torsion Bars from Superior Engineering have increased spring rates of approx 25% to 30% over the standard OEM Torsion Bar. Just like Coil Springs and Leaf Springs, Torsion Bars fatigue and sag... so do torsion bars.
The EFS Torsion Bars will provide you with increased handling and response from your vehicle and compensate for the extra front weight of bull bars, winches and load bearing accessories.
Pre-stressed - To ensure strength, longevity and durability. Also an increased in spring rate to compensate for load bearing accessories.
EFS Torsion Bars are manufactured from XK-5160 High Carbon Alloy Steel to ensure strength and reliability.
The bars feature: Machined Splines, Bar peeled and rolled to ensure strength and reliability.
Note: The ends of all EFS Torsion Bars are painted with a colour code for easy fittment.
EFS Suspension Polyurethane Bushes
EFS Polyurethane bushes from Superior Engineering are made from high quality elastomers which gives the EFS polyurethane bush a high isolating strength and properties. EFS poly bushes have an elastomer rating of 80 duro to give improved suppleness and grease channels for increased distribution of lubrication.
EFS Bullbar Range
The EFS Bullbar range caters to most vehicles with a selection of styles based on your application. The sleek EFS Xcape bar is fully airbag & ADR compliant and features LED auxiliary lights, lower bash plates, high clearance and is winch ready. The EFS Stockman bullbar meets the same compliance and features oversized 63mm top tubes for extra protection to the front of your vehicle.
