Internal Floating Piston
Using CR3+ plated Bored and Honed cylinder tubes,

Our high performance monotube IFP shocks features race inspired port configurations and variable rate shim stack technology to provide vehicle specific damping performance and optimum ride quality. High Performance Piston
50mm or 60mm race-inspired piston design allows optimum handling and tuneability. Utilizing a Teflon-coated Wear band keeps friction and oil contamination to a minimum. Piston design, shapes, and ports are model-dependent.
Shim Stack
IFP shock absorbers use a Velocity sensitive valve stack to ensure a comfortable and controlled ride this also enables us to revalve your shock to suit your exact needs.
Internal Rod Guide Assembly
Double-acting Rod Wiper Seal, O-ring buffer seal, Teflon-coated white metal rod guide, and internal bump stop all ensure maximum performance and reliability.
Rod Guide Assembly Cap
6000 series alloy fitted with a double-acting wiper seal and o-ring to keep unwanted water and dirt out of the main internal assembly.
Threaded body
Front struts utilise a fine threaded body with billet alloy locking assembly allowing height adjustment to be fine tuned depending on coil springs and accessories used.
Chrome Shaft
High quality 20 and 22mm S45c hard chrome bar ensures the shafts are stone chip and corrosion resistant. Size of shaft dependent on model.
