Simple 8 stage compression is adjusted via the rotating knob on the Remote Reservoir. Change your ride from soft to firm or vise versa in seconds.
Added Capacity
Addition oil capacity is used with the addition of the remote reservoir and hose assembly resulting in a more controlled and slowed heat range.
High Performance Piston
50mm or 60mm race-inspired piston design allows optimum handling and tuneability. Utilizing a Teflon-coated Wear band keeps friction and oil contamination to a minimum. Piston design, shapes, and ports are model-dependent.
Shim Stack
2.0 Remote reservoir Shock Absorbers use a Velocity sensitive valve stack to ensure a comfortable and controlled ride this also enables us to revalve your shock to suit your exact needs.
Internal Rod Guide Assembly
Double-acting Rod Wiper Seal, O-ring buffer seal, Teflon-coated white metal rod guide, and internal bump stop all ensure maximum performance and reliability.
Rod Guide Assembly Cap
6000 series alloy fitted with a double-acting wiper seal and o-ring to keep unwanted water and dirt out of the main internal assembly.
Remote Reservoir
Extruded finned alloy reservoir allows fast and efficient heat dispersion. Simple Schrader valve assembly for servicing and nitrogen charges.
Billet Alloy Fittings
6000 series billet alloy fittings are utilised to keep weight to a minimum as well as dissipate heat effectively.
Internal Floating piston within the Remote Reservoir
Billet Alloy Internal Floating Piston is used to seal the Nitrogen gas from the Hydraulic oil. Bronze impregnated Teflon wear band is used to significantly reduce wear and friction.
Threaded Body
Powder coated/ CR3+, bored and Honed Cylinder tube for precision fit of internal components.
Chrome Shaft
High quality 20 and 22mm S45c hard chrome bar ensures the shafts are stone chip and corrosion resistant. Size of shaft dependent on model.
